Wednesday Evening Dinner Reservation Request
You can now make or cancel your reservations to CFBC's Wednesday Evening Dinner by e-mail. Simply use this form to request that you be added to or removed from the reservation list. You may also contact the church office directly to make the request.
Please Note: Although reservations are not required for visitors, notification to the church office by members to either make or cancel reservations by Tuesday afternoon is more than just appreciated. We need to be able to give Sandy a good account of how many will be attending to prepare a proper dinner. The cost to cover preparations is $5.00 per adult, $2.50 per child (10 and under), or $17.50 per immediate family.
