Jerry Dockery - Senior Pastor

Jerry has been serving Crabapple since 2003. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Luther Rice Seminary. Jerry has been in ministry for over twenty years and has pastored churches in North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Georgia. Jerry is passionate about seeing churches conformed to the Word of God. He also has a heart for international missions. In addition to eleven projects in India, Jerry has participated in mission works in England, Africa, and the Middle East. Ken Hayes - Pastor of Music

Ken has led the music ministry at Crabapple since 1994. He is a graduate of Samford University and Southern Seminary. Besides being a man of inexhaustible talent, having taught many a musician everything he knows, Ken faithfully helps the church to focus its corporate worship on the glory of God. Ken and Lynne raised two grown children, Emily and Colby. Emily and her husband Alan make their home in Nashville. On Mother's Day weekend in 2006, the family lost Colby suddenly and unexpectedly. He was twenty-six and engaged to be married to his fiance Holli. Colby was a devoted follower of the Lord Jesus. Scott Slaughter - Pastor for Families

Scott is a native of North Carolina. He graduated from Ambassador Baptist College, received a Master of Biblical Studies from Grace Baptist Seminary and a Master of Arts from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as an associate pastor and church planter in Illinois, and has pastored two churches in North Carolina. He and his wife Lori have been married for twenty years. They have five children, Aaron, Hannah, Andrew, Seth, and Abigail.
Brett Cottrell - Pastor for Students

Brett joined the pastoral team at Crabapple in 2008. He, his wife Angela, and their two sons, Matthew and Benjamin, come to us from the Houston area. Brett is a graduate of the University of Texas, Arlington and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brett's ministry experience includes student ministry, pastoring, and church planting, having served churches in Texas, Kansas, and Indiana. In his spare time, Brett enjoys bicycling and basketball.
